I think I understood, at least in part, the psychology of the character who has dominated the country for the past few years. I do it both from his vanities and from the weaknesses of other politicians. Klaus Iohannis likes to show a tipper of respect, discipline and comfort. The man, like everyone else belonging to his ethnicity, has no humor and can not stand to be taken over. He is downright boastful (a kind of pride polished over a hollow character) and he wants everything good to come from him and everything that goes wrong to be because of others. First of all, of his enemies, then, if he has no other explanation, because of his party colleagues. He takes revenge in the blink of an eye and gets rid of some with the cruelty of a butcher. Whoever imagines that the Romanian Saxon citizen will go to Germany to ask the German dignitaries (not to mention a request addressed to Angela Merkel!) To support an investment in Romania is sorely mistaken. I am afraid that at the end of his two terms we will be able to count how many German investors have left Romania, not how many have come based on his relations. Klaus Iohannis is the kind of man who would not even pray at the Gate of Heaven, nor at the German or Austrian government. It is better to cut off one’s hand or hide at the sources of the Danube than to pray or hat, even for a man, as for a country.
He likes to announce things to be done (democratic version of the order), to announce successes, victories or improvements in life, fate, trafficking and cessation of restrictions. It will remain for the happy history of our country the haste with which Klaus Iohannis called the press in Brussels to announce that we will receive 80 billion euros, as if half or three quarters of this illusory amount were the result of his sweat. He hurried to announce the end of the quarantine (to announce it, the pocinog fell on Arafat and Vela!), And he was also the speaker of the holiday free. Now, when the subject of opening schools has accumulated enough gunpowder, the president has gone out on the ramp and announced the great news.

It is clear that President Klaus Iohannis is looking for the expected announcements and avoiding those that require whistles. If you look closely at the president’s performance, you will notice that the normal Romania in his mind means the following:

-Everything that happens is reported and announced, analyzed, tampered with, communicated to and from Cotroceni!
The truth is that the president does not want to let us listen to decisions that bring applause on behalf of the murmured by Vasilică Cîțu.
So the opening of the schools, as well as their closing, I suppose, the appointment of Monica Anisie, was also decided in Cotroceni.
And on Thursday, after long streams of perspiration, after efforts that humiliated him, President Klaus Iohannis came out and told us:

–“Until now, we had a very important discussion with the Prime Minister, the Minister of Education, the Minister of Health and other personalities in the field. The topic of the discussion was: whether or not we open schools for education face to face.
And I can tell you that we have reached – unanimously, those who participated in the discussion – an extremely important conclusion. Starting with the second semester, ie after the one-week holiday that follows at the beginning of February, so from February 8, when the second semester begins, most schools will reopen. This, obviously, in the conditions in which the pandemic evolves approximately in the same way as we had the evolutions in the last weeks. That means: most schools reopen, students return to school”.
