The proportion of people working remotely or in a home office was 8.4 per cent, 3.9 percentage points lower than a year earlier.
In May-July 2021, the unemployment rate was 4.1 percent, which is 0.6 percentage points lower than a year earlier. However, the difference between individual counties is huge. While in Nógrád county the rate was 11.7 percent, almost double last year’s value, in Győr-Moson-Sopron county only 1.2 percent, almost a third of last year’s.
