The French Head of State also called on the Council of Europe on Tuesday to contribute to the installation of a hundred “mental health centers” in Ukraine to cope with the trauma of war. “I propose that we can start a big project so that (Council of Europe Development Bank) can intervene as soon as possible and support the installation of a hundred mental health centers in Ukraine”he asked.

“International Coalition” for the delivery of F-16

For its part, London has announced that it wants to build a «coalition internationale» to help Ukraine obtain F-16 fighter jets, Downing Street said Tuesday after a meeting between British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte.

Gathered on the occasion of a Council of Europe summit in Iceland, the two men “agreed that they would work together to build an international coalition to provide Ukraine with combat air capabilities […]ranging from training to delivering F-16 aircraft,” Downing Street said in a statement.

This summit, only the fourth of the pan-European organization in nearly 75 years of existence, aims to multiply the means to hold Russia criminally responsible for the destruction and the crimes caused by its invasion of Ukraine.
