According to the Preliminary Design, the Volleyball Training Center has been designed, which will have accommodation facilities for athletes in addition to the training field, but the issue of administrative space for all organizations and clubs will also be resolved within the complex. The center will also have all the facilities necessary for the development of beach volleyball, which currently has about 250 registered players in Serbia.

It will be available to users two training halls, one of which has three courts, and the other is adapted for beach volleyball with two courts. The halls will be able to accommodate a number of observers in the stands and in the boxes on the second floor, and will be connected to the medical block and gyms. The five-storey building will also have two above-ground garages with 53 parking spaces, which will not be buried due to groundwater. The slightly sloping land on which the complex will be located enables the formation of an access staircase and a plateau towards Toša’s well, which enables an attractive ground floor and gives the whole concept representativeness.

For the needs of the complex, it is planned to perform an additional disconnection from the primary road (Tošin bunar), which will access internal communications and open parking with 120 places. Internal roads will be two-way and will allow direct access to the training space, and within the plot there will be a special parking lot for buses.
