Brno – The Comet hockey players defeated Sparta 4: 3 in overtime in the 12th round of the hockey extra league. Two goals from the Brno team were scored by Jakub Klepiš, in the time of 60:49 another forward Peter Mueller decided, who also scored two records. Alexander Salák made his debut in the Sparta goal in the Czech highest competition at the age of 34. Mueller and guest David Tomášek did not turn a penalty shot into an interesting match. Despite the defeat that came after three three-point wins, Sparta remained at the top of the table, the people of Brno are ninth.

Sparta received a luxury gift from the Comet at the very beginning. In the fourth minute, after a foul at the mantinel, the defender Gulaši was eliminated until the end of the match. However, the guests handled the numerical advantage badly – a few shots were easily caught by Vejmelka.

In the third period, Sparta developed its activity, but cried when Dvořáček was eliminated, when Holík finished the quick combination. However, the people of Prague returned to the game within half a minute, when Dvořáček ended a similarly handsome collaboration up close.

The guests continued to push in front of Vejmelka in an attempt to equalize, but the line over the budget was drawn by Klepiš, who caught Salák in negligence when shooting from an angle and again increased the lead of Brno to the difference of two goals. But again only for a while, again after half a minute Košťálek hit. The equalization came 2:12 before the end, when he made a strong impact in the Řepík goal area, the goal was confirmed by the video despite the coaching challenge.
