Although construction began on the top floor after 960 days of construction, the floor slabs and outer walls of the 23rd to 38th floors of Building 201 collapsed around 3:46 pm on the 11th.

The site, where the ‘speed war’ construction was carried out without a proper brake system, eventually stopped at 62% completion rate after a large collapse accident. The original expected completion date was November 30 this year.

Meanwhile, five workers are still missing from the collapse. One missing person was found between the railings on the first basement floor three days after the accident, and was taken to the hospital immediately after rescue, but died.
