Mercedes introduced the Maybach GLS two years ago, and Brabus has just unveiled its version of this luxury SUV and transformed it into a high-performance supermodel.

The GLS 600 4Matic served as the basis, and the car received a thorough visual redesign, including a new aerodynamic carbon body package that improves performance in addition to the visual impression. Barbus has replaced the glossy chrome with gray, which is matched with the black body finish. The rear end got a new central diffuser and Brabus sport pipe exhaust pipe ends.

Special attention was paid to the four-liter V8 engine, so the factory 557HP and 730Nm were increased to 800HP and 950Nm by installing a pair of Brabus turbines. The GLS now accelerates from 0-100km / h in just 4.5 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 300km / h.

The factory wheels have been replaced by Brabus’ 24-inch Monoblock M Platinum edition, and are housed under enlarged carbon fenders. The Airmatic suspension was recalibrated, so the vehicle was lowered by 25mm. There are a number of interior options, which Brabus can customize to the customer to the smallest detail. The finish is also gray, as for the body.
