Motijheel Police have recovered the body of a child named Shuvo (10) from Fakirapul Komar Uddin Alley Anis Book Binding Factory under Motijheel Police Station.

His body was recovered around 2pm on Sunday (January 18). Motijheel Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Ismail Hossain rescued him unconscious and took him to Dhaka Medical Emergency Department.

The on-duty doctor declared him dead at around 8.30 am.

Motijheel Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Ismail Hossain said, “We recovered the body from Fakirapul Anis Book Binding Factory and brought it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.” Trying to find out the details. Details will be known after receiving the autopsy report.

Malik Anis said that three days ago, his brother Shaon gave him a job in our factory and he used to study in a madrasa in the country. He hanged himself with a towel with a fan hook invisible to everyone. We cannot say why he was hanged.

He added that the victim’s village home is the son of Alauddin of Ulania village in Galachipa upazila of Patuakhali district. Two brothers and two sisters are younger.
