According to the Ministry of Regional Development, the standard, which is intended to significantly speed up and simplify construction management, should gradually enter into force by mid-2023.
“As far as the debate in the House is concerned, we are in agreement with the opposition on the basic issues regarding the change of process. What is different is the institutional form. We must insist on the form presented by the Economic Committee. Because the alpha and omega of the new of the law is compliance with deadlines, “said Dostálová.
According to her, the substitutability of officials is also important, which is not possible in the current model. “And it is absolutely essential for us that officials be substitutable.
