The legislative novel was developed by the head of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy Andrei Kutepov.

The proposal is forwarded to the government for review.

Fines are offered for refusing to admit a representative of a specialized organization to perform maintenance and repair work on in-house or in-house gas equipment. For citizens – from 5 to 10 thousand rubles, for officials – from 25 to 100 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 200 to 500 thousand rubles.

Now such penalties are not provided by law.
