Everything is packaged, semi-prepared, ultra-processed… nowhere do you see simple ingredients, as they come from nature.

Unfortunately, the American model is expanding, and the overconsumption society is forced to adopt these cheap and tasty food alternatives. We must take care of our traditions
As long as there are refrigerated display cases in the supermarket and not just endless shelves with packaged products, we are lucky! As long as we sit at the table and enjoy food together, instead of constantly nibbling on autopilot, with our eyes lost in a screen, we are lucky!
It’s just that luck doesn’t last indefinitely… we have to defend our food resources, to protect our traditional recipes, to cherish our habits. Food means more than the nutrients in a plate, let’s not turn it into chemistry or a supplement bought from the pharmacy. The Romanian has a special relationship with food and we really don’t need the American model to make us feel good! ”, Said Mihaela Bilic, nutritionist.
