The companies “Attiki Odos SA” and “Attiki Diadromes SA” inform that, from tomorrow, Wednesday, January 20th, the 9 Subscriber Service Points on Attiki Odos and the 3 Subscriber Service Points on the Morea Highway (Spathovouni, Nestani, Kalamata), are reopening normally.
The companies, as part of the precautionary measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus and with the aim of protecting staff and customers, had temporarily suspended public visits to the 12 Customer Service Points on Attiki Odos and the Morea Motorway. During this period the communication with the subscribers was available through the Telephone Service, without the staff stopping to process, directly and professionally, all the requests of the customers, during the whole period of the suspension of the close operation.
The re-opening of the Subscriber Service Points is done based on the hygiene rules, as they are defined by EODY. The maximum allowed number of people within each Point will be one customer per 25 sq.m., while a distance of 2 meters must be observed between the customers, during the waiting time. In addition, antiseptics and disposable masks are available for guests in all areas, in case they do not have their own mask.
