Tarkett is proud to present the project Kneza Miloša Residence, in the heart of the city of Belgrade, for which he developed unique parquet design.

What is Kneza Miloša Residence?

This luxury facility, on Kneza Miloša Avenue, in one of the most attractive city districts of Belgrade, is modeled on the world’s most popular cities, according to the highest standards of living culture.

Kneza Miloša Residence has seven architectural units of sophisticated construction and unique interiors, with 223 luxury apartments from about 30 to over 200 square meters.

For this project, Tarkett developed a large-format parquet made of the highest quality wood, with a special pattern and color.

In order to meet all the requirements of a comfortable and modern lifestyle, the offer of this project includes a reception, security, professional maintenance, underground garage, but also some of the additional services such as: service washing and parking of vehicles. Additional facilities are filled by a unique atrium, a promenade with landscaped greenery and a luxurious fitness & spa on an area of ​​about 2,000 square meters.

Tarkett has contributed to this project by developing a unique floor covering design, in collaboration with a team of investors and architects, designed to meet the specific requirements of the client and the space.

Large format parquet has been developed, a selection of the highest quality wood, a special pattern, color and characteristics of the parquet, especially for this project, in order to fit perfectly into the aesthetics of this luxurious space.
