The Tallinn City Government submitted to the Tallinn City Council a draft resolution that would allow the resumption of the payment of compensation for connection to the unified water supply and sewerage system for houses built earlier than 2011 on the basis of the issued permit. This was reported by the capital’s press service.
“The creation of new connection points, taking into account the development of the city, is definitely necessary,” said Deputy Mayor Kalle Klandorf. – According to city data, there may be about 600 such unconnected to the water supply and sewerage network of real estate sites. If all owners file an application for compensation, the total cost of payments could amount to 4.8 million euros. We want to pay reimbursement to the first applicants this year or next year. ”
