Successful realization of the largest shopping center in the region

The gallery is the largest shopping center in the region with a total area of about 302,000 m2 which spread over 6 hectares of land and is located along the banks of the Sava River as part of the Belgrade on Water project. For the execution of the construction and finishing works, it was necessary to hire 1,200 workers, which best describes the size of the project.

Thanks to the expertise of PERI engineers in the field of scaffolding and formwork and advanced logistics, PERI managed to design the payment in a timely manner and deliver large quantities of equipment to the construction site despite the tight deadline for completion of works.

On the first two levels of construction, the construction of columns with 2 or 3 short elements was designed, which had the function of mounting beams. As the projected geometry of the columns varied depending on the position, it was necessary to make a large number of special formwork, where the combination TRIO i VARIO GT 24 system proved to be the most optimal solution. These purpose-designed formwork was pre-assembled on PERI stock, which enabled fast and efficient execution of columns of complex geometry.

To support the payment of mezzanine structures designed at heights up to 14.8 m, were used PERI UP Flex supports as the safest solution. Concreting of mezzanine structures was performed MULTIFLEX oplatom which has shown its full potential when performing circular geometric shapes on individual parts of the structure where it is necessary high flexibility of payment to the project.

Accelerated construction process due to short deadlines is made possible thanks to minimal number of components, fast production and easy relocation of TRIO formwork thus significantly shortening the concreting beats.

High level of security when concreting walls over 5m high was one of the most important requirements, and was achieved by using light cantilever scaffolding within the TRIO system which provide a better sense of security when performing work.
