Subaru reciprocate promotion, why it’s convenient and why not

The promotions do not always concern individual cars, but sometimes the offers are services applicable to all models of a brand. Take for example Subaru, and promotion Subaru Partswhich is valid on the cars of the Japanese manufacturer as early as May 2, but which continues in June and for the entire month of July 2023.

The proposal concerns Subaru spare parts, and distinguishes two categories of cars. Cars registered up to 31 July 2018 can receive a discount on spare parts which is 20% if the cost is up to 350 euros, and 30% for purchases above this amount.

The spare parts on which you can get the discount are of different kinds: they range from consumables such as windshield wiper blades, air and anti-pollen filters, brake discs and pads, spark plugs and glow plugs, to more specific elements such as the starter battery or the distribution, and there is also passenger compartment sanitation.

Instead, for Subaru registered between 1 August 2018 and 31 July this year, the discount is 10%, but only on cabin filters and sanitation.

To get the discount, you need to download the specific coupon after registering on the MySubaru website; the coupon must then be presented in an official workshop.

Advantages

It is interesting that Subaru is offering discounts on official spare parts, paying particular attention to older cars, until 31 July 2018

Disadvantages

The discount is lower on newer cars, although certain parts are actually for use on older cars.
