From today in shopping centers with an area exceeding 7000 sq. m, electronic accounting systems for buyers should be installed, the Ministry of Economy said.
Other requirements to ensure safe trading have already entered into force last week.
The government previously decided that from February 8, security requirements in trade will increase, but the list of goods available on the spot is expanding. Additional security requirements include a reduction in the maximum number of shoppers at points of sale, better control of shopper flows, and strict adherence to physical distancing.
From 8 February, shops where food or hygiene products make up at least 70% of the assortment can trade locally offering a full range of goods. Bookstores are also open.
