Belgrade alternative rock / metal band Stain released a new single „Fade“.
“This song has a special place in the heart of every member of the band. It is very dark and causes a strange emotion that we do not know how to convey in words, but you will certainly find it in yourself when listening. With really a lot of effort and thanks to a great ear for our music, our producer Danilo Orbović made sure to convey that emotion as faithfully as possible to the sound itself. Like most of our songs, “Fade” talks about the struggle with oneself and the many insecurities we deal with on a daily basis, but it is certainly open to interpretation. “, commented Stain.
Stain is an alternative rock / metal band from Belgrade formed in 2014. They found a common language through playing covers of bands from the grunge era (Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Tool (). Therefore, they also characterize their sound as “grunge”, although it covers much more than that. They had their first performance at the Youth Center as guests of the Guitar Art Festival. After that, they regularly performed in Belgrade rock clubs and at guitar shows in Serbia. They are currently releasing singles from their upcoming debut album.
The band consists of: Nikola Đurović (vocal), Ivan Ljubičić (guitar), Aleksa Pejović (bass guitar) and Stasa Rudic (drums).
