In addition, prospective members of the OJK DK must have good character, morals, and integrity, are capable of carrying out legal actions, and have never been declared bankrupt or have never been in the management of a company that caused the company to go bankrupt.

Candidates for DK OJK 2022-2027 are also required to be physically healthy, be at most 65 years old on July 20, 2022, have experience or expertise in the financial services sector, and have never been sentenced to prison based on court decisions that have permanent legal force.

The selection of prospective members of the DK OJK 2022-2027 will be opened on January 7, 2022 to fill the positions of non-ex-officio members of the DK OJK consisting of the Chairperson of the DK OJK concurrently a member, the Deputy Chairperson of the DK OJK as the Chair of the Ethics Committee concurrently as a member, and the Chief Executive of the Banking Supervisor concurrently member.

In addition, to fill the position of Chief Executive of the Capital Market Supervisor and concurrently member, Chief Executive of the Supervisory of Insurance, Pension Funds, Financing Institutions and Other Financial Services Institutions concurrently a member, then Chairman of the Audit Board concurrently a member, and Member of the OJK DK in charge of consumer education and protection.
