Squash stuffed with mushrooms and chopped steaks is a seasonal recipe. Butternut squash is considered both a fruit and a vegetable that lasts from September to February. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Wash the skin of the squash.

Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise.

Scoop out the inside of the squash with a tablespoon.

Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake the butternut squash in an oven dish, skin side down, for 40min.

Meanwhile in a pan, cook the chopped steaks with paprika, salt, and sesame seeds.

Wash and cut the mushrooms, then add them to the pan with the chopped steaks.

Crush the hamburger steaks once cooked.

Add the tomato sauce, and a slice of raclette. Then mix.

Remove the squash from the oven when cooked.

Stuff the squash with the preparation made previously in the pan.

Cut the remaining slice of raclette into 6 strips.

Place 3 raclette slices on each half squash.

Sprinkle the squash halves with sesame seeds.

Bake for 20min.
