Special access competition: there are more than 20,000 places available at universities and polytechnics


Three months earlier and in a much more accessible way, with detailed information by course and type of access. Vacancies in the so-called competitions and special regimes, which allow entry into higher education without taking national exams, were announced by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Altogether, there are over twenty thousand places in universities and public polytechnics, which join the almost 55 thousand of the general access regime (for students who finish secondary school and whose access is dependent on national exams) and had already been announced in April.
