In Ukraine today, the epidemic situation in six oblasts corresponds to the “green” level, but the decision to switch is made by the State Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies.
This is stated in press releases Ministry of Health on the criteria for determining the region with widespread COVID-19.
In particular, today Vinnytsia, Zakarpattia, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Odesa, and Khmelnytsky regions meet the completely “green” level of epidemiological safety of coronavirus spread. In these oblasts, on June 3, 4, and 5, the rate of detection of infections corresponded to the “green” level of epidemiological danger. Also, this level corresponded to the incidence rate of 100 thousand population.
At the same time, the Kherson region fully corresponds to the “green” level in terms of the rate of detection of cases of infection for the last three days, but does not correspond – in terms of the incidence rate per 100 thousand population.
There are three more regions, which in terms of the incidence rate per 100,000 population correspond to the “green” level, but in terms of the case detection rate – no. These are Donetsk, Zhytomyr and Lviv regions.
In addition, in Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Ternopil and Kharkiv oblasts, the indicators for June 3 did not correspond to the “green” level in terms of the case detection rate.
According to the Ministry of Health, the “green” level allows to reconsider approaches to anti-epidemic restrictions in the direction of mitigation.
Thus, for the “green” level, the detection rate of COVID-19 infections (by PCR and SARS-CoV-2 antigen determination) should be less than 5 percent.
At the same time, the entire territory of Ukraine is now in the “yellow” level of epidemic danger. The “yellow” level acts as a base at the level of the whole country.
The decision to transfer the regions to one or another zone of epidemiological danger is made by the State Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies.
Certificate. Restrictions on the “green zone” include: staying in public buildings in masks or respirators; holding mass events of not more than 1 person per 5 square meters; cinemas with 50% occupancy; transportation of passengers only within the seats.
