We are also represented at the Passenger Transport Fair in Hall H with two exciting buses.

In collaboration with Spanish Beulas, Scania is launching a brand new double-decker tourist bus at the top of the absolute luxury segment. The combination of Beula’s high build quality and many choices together with Scania’s fantastic 3-axle chassis with some of the market’s most fuel-friendly Euro 6 drivelines will be very interesting for the tourist bus segment and is unique. Furthermore, the bus can run on HVO, which will be very interesting where increasing demands on the environmental zones are pressing.

We have chosen a standard specification at a high level, which we are convinced will suit most Danish customers. The bus of 14.15 m is with a seat for 83 + 1 + 1 people and a very efficient interior. This means i.a. both front and center door as well as stairs to the 1st floor both in front and in the middle of the bus. It provides quick entry and exit, although the majority of passengers have to go up and down from the 1st floor.

In addition, we have a Scania Citywide LE biogas bus with us. It is a low-entry bus designed for sustainable and efficient mobility. The bus is 14.8 meters long with 54 seats and the driveline is a 9-liter gas engine with 340 hp.

Scania’s goal is to promote the transition to a sustainable transport system in order to create a world of mobility that is better for business, society, the local community and, in particular, the climate. It is therefore a matter of course that Scania is represented at the conference Green Transport, where sales director Anton Freiesleben will contribute with input on alternative fuels such as biogas, biodiesel and electricity.

An ambitious experience has thus been planned by Scania on 16 – 18 September 2021 in Herning. You find Scania i hal D, E, B & H.
