Samsung has a 55-inch curved Mini-LED display that can also be folded up

The technical details of the Samsung Odyssey Sheet are not yet known in detail, but together with its large size and curvature, it looks quite impressive, especially in the vertical position.

Samsung has unveiled at CES a massive 55-inch Odyssey Ark with a traditional 16: 9 aspect ratio and an undefined curvature, but at least a fairly strong-looking curvature.

The Odyssey Sheet’s display has a resolution of 4K and uses a mini-LED backlight, but Samsung has not disclosed more detailed information such as its refresh rate or what kind of connections are coming to it. However, the stand’s attention is paid to its stand, which also supports the pivot feature, meaning that the screen can be rotated to a vertical position, which is relatively rare in the 55-inch size range. Along with the large size and curvature of the screen, the ability to fold up is also a pretty impressive feature, at least in the pictures.

The monitor comes with a wireless scroll control that lets you control the monitor’s interface. In Samsung’s official press photos, the screen is only visible from the side, but in a series of images shared by Tim Schofield on Twitter, the screen is also visible from the front.

The Samsung Odyssey Ark will go on sale in the United States in the second half of the year, but like the more detailed feature listings, the price of the display remains unknown.
