The screens are of type OLED FHD + with 120 Hz dynamic refresh (from 48 to 120 Hz) with a 10 megapixel f / 2.2 photo sensor in the punch for selfies, while the fingerprint reader is present under the screen.

Night mode has been optimized to be able to take pictures in very low light down to 0.1 lux. The Korean giant has applied to optimize this mode by working on noise reduction and Nona-Binning technology (9 pixels merged into 1).
You can also make video recording in 8K and 4K 60 fps. This last mode is accessible from the main photo unit but also with the front photo sensor.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra runs Android 11 with One UI 3.0 overlay and Samsung has confirmed compatibility with the stylet S Pen until then reserved for the Galaxy Note series.
