Euromonitor Internacional report highlights changes in consumer experience in 2020 and challenges for companies to succeed in 2021

This is one of the analyzes pointed out in the Euromonitor Internacional report, on the main consumption trends of 2021. The new habits developed by the consumer in 2020, mainly due to the pandemic, generated reflections in this year’s shopping experiences. According to the report, companies that manage to provide memorable experiences to their customers in different channels, while collecting valuable data, will be the most successful in the market.

“The year 2020 definitively erased the existing borders between e-commerce and the physical store. The customer comes into contact with the brand at different times and channels and the mission of the companies is to accompany them in a personalized way at all times. For this, it is necessary a centralized system that integrates all customer inputs, to communicate with him in the most effective way possible ”, explains the Head of Global Sales at E-goi, Ernesto Ferreira.
