To allow ICT companies to grow further, Peak Value is setting up a new growth fund. In November, the company wants to start with an investment capital with a maximum of 40 million euros.
The new fund is a logical continuation of the previous activities, participations and investments made by Peak Value.
The new growth fund focuses on two types of companies. ICT companies and so-called talent-based companies, active in the field of HR, secondment and consultancy.
Entrepreneurs looking for growth capital will have to make at least a profit of one million to be eligible for a place in the fund. There is also room for a few investors in the fund. Peak Value sets the lower limit of participation at 250,000 euros.
Peak Value founders Guido Mangert and Marcel Broersma lead the new fund.
