Katarina: In the past, this festival was just an idea and when we say: “How great it would be if we had our own employer branding festival!” Since 2021, a great team has made it possible for this idea to come true and for us to really have our own festival, which, in addition to local experts in HR, marketing and employer brandinggathers both experts and enthusiasts andfrom the region.

The entire festival is dedicated to our market and this year it continues to develop precisely according to the needs that we have identified as the most important. This year, we want to invite all participants to return to the essence and beginning of their business, to dedicate themselves to understanding and supporting employees so that they can look back on the action and develop healthy and sustainable practices in the future employer brandingawhich bring results to everyonem fields.

  • How is it Empple the story started for each of you?

Nikolina: Some calls are not rejected. It is a special charm to create something from the beginning, especially when it aims to draw attention to an important aspect of business and a young profession within the community. The combination of creativity, teamwork and operatives makes this whole journey even more endearing, but also more challenging. Although we are all very involved in the decisions for each segment of the festival, I have the pleasure of taking care of the entire awards process this year. Also, there is cooperation with partners and research that we dared to do for the first time, with Vladimir Damnjanović, which will deal with the current status employer brandinga in companies in Serbia.

Angelina: It started as a desire to do something new in our market for the purpose of education, promotion of good practices and connecting lovers of employer branding. The wind at our back was the huge level of support that we encountered at almost every step. My role is logistical, i.e. I need to make sure that the whole organization at the event goes smoothly. In addition, I will also deal with a case study, which we are organizing for students for the first time. I am very happy to be a part of it Emppleabecause I think it is very important that employer branding be recognized as an important part of the functioning of every company, and on the other hand, different industries will have the opportunity to deof knowledge.

  • What do you have planned for the program this year?

Nikolina: In order to provide our community with an even richer experience, this year we have two days of festivals and an event Showcase. “Global Day” will bring us closer to global practices and allow us to follow world trends with the help of our lecturers, and “Local Day” is here to help us learn through local stories and additionally bond and discuss the state of affairs. employer brandinga in Serbia through networking. This year, after the respectful feedback, we wanted to take a step back and clarify through the program what constitutes the basis, the core employer brandinga, we look at what is happening within organizations – with organizational culture and organizational development. Without a healthy foundation, every subsequent activity is shaky. That’s why we want participants to get motivated to rethink their strategy employer brandinga and related projects, and then throw themselves into actions that will contribute both to their company and to the improvement of the entire business ecosystem.
