Recipe: Tortilla of two ingredients – Recipes

Incredibly fast meal preparation when you are full lazy but again want to eat healthy.

Lentils are a food full of protein and people in our afternoon do not use it often, some have almost never even tried it.

So this is the perfect way to get a lot of protein and try something new.


  • 240g red lens
  • 480ml vode
  • a pinch of salt


Soak the lens with 500ml of water and leave overnight.

After that, rinse the lens well and add it to the blender.

Pour 480ml of water and add a little salt.

Blend for a few minutes.

Put a little coconut oil on a heated pan and then pour the mixture as for pancakes.

Believe me, you don’t feel coconut and the top is a combination.

Bake for a few minutes on both sides on medium heat until golden brown.

Fill as your soul desires.

Mine wanted homemade hummus, tomato, avocado, black beans and crushed tofu cheese.
