Chinese Realme has introduced its first tablet. The novelty will be known on the market as the Realme Pad, and its advantages include design and low price. The main advantage is the metal unibody construction with a thickness of 6.9 mm and a weight of only 440 grams.
The Realme Pad brings a 10.4-inch IPS display with WUXGA + resolution (2,000 × 1,200 pixels), which covers 82.5% of the front of the tablet. In the bowels we find the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, paired with a maximum of 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable space (using a microSD card).
The equipment also includes two eight-megapixel cameras, four speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and optional LTE mobile connectivity. The energy of the Realme Pad is supplied by 7,100mAh batteries with support for 18W charging. The tablet runs on Android 11 with the Realme UI for Pad user interface.
The new Realme Pad will be available in Real Gray and Real Gold, with prices ranging from around 160 to 200 euros, depending on the version. Sales will start in mid-September.
