Meet the Ray 7.7, the latest electric scooter available to customers in Europe and the equivalent of the 125cc modelika.
Despite its compact design, similar to that offered by its rivals, the Ray 7.7 scooter has an autonomy of 150 km in combined driving (city / highway).
It comes thanks to a battery of up to 7.7 kWh, while a maximum power of 10.7 kW (14.2 hp) allows a maximum speed of 125 km / h. It takes the scooter 4 hours and 20 minutes to charge from scratch on a regular socket, while the fast charging option shortens that time to just 2 hours and 35 minutes.
The Ray 7.7 delivers a tubular steel seat, with hydraulic front forks and 95 mm rear shock absorbers.
Braking is ensured by the CBS (combined brake system) with a 260 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear disc. When it comes to the weight of the Ray 7.7 scooter, it weighs 165 kg (without a full tank and in a state where it is not ready to smell).
The base model is 8,500 euros, while additional options include a quick charger, a Type 2 connector, a windshield and an upper case. If you take all that, the price will rise to 9,800 euros.
Such a high price for a scooter equivalent to the 125 cc model is quite a disappointment. As for accessibility, this electric creation is currently only available in Spain, but is expected to reach other markets on the Old Continent.
