QR-resistance put up police outfits near sealed St. Petersburg bars

Bars of the QR resistance closed after night raids are now guarded by policemen. At the door there were posts of two or three people.

On the night of January 23, the police came with a check to 20 establishments that openly declared violations of anti-coronavirus measures. Businessman Alexander Konovalov urged to “resist” the demands of Smolny. He created a list of bars and restaurants that are ready to receive guests without QR codes and continue to work after the “curfew”.

However, the protest was quickly curtailed by the police, Rospotrebnadzor and the National Guard. The buildings were sealed, and protocols were drawn up for visitors – which was warned about earlier.

Nevertheless, the measures taken seemed insufficient, and they continued to fight with the defeated violators. Now closed bars are guarded by police patrols.

“The poor fellows stand and freeze, replacing each other for almost two days. Dear Petersburgers! I have a colossal request for you – bring the guys hot tea, coffee and sandwiches. I feel sorry for them, but I myself can’t get to everyone in time. ”, — the ideologist of the protest wrote sarcastically on his page on the VKontakte social network.

Recall that Alexander Konovalov declared war on restrictions in the first wave of coronavirus. Then the list included those institutions that did not plan to abandon the rules. This time the businessman was supported by almost two hundred enterprises. However, their bold performance did not save them from the protocols – they were reminded of them in Smolny more than once.
