To achieve a good writing experience, various techniques have been used for the Touchscreen Ten. For example, the ProWrite Touch technology is incorporated directly into the glass plate and, according to the maker, it should be able to provide the ultimate pen-on-paper experience, with fast writing speed without delay and optimal accuracy. The 40 touch points must make it possible to perform various actions, such as writing, erasing, and moving objects, simultaneously, while the so-called display bonding technology must ensure that there is no space between the glass plate and the LCD panel. An additional advantage of display bonding is that it should counteract glare on the screen, all the more that it does not reflect external light. Standard nano-texture is etched directly into the glass plate to reduce glare, reflection and fingerprints.
All hardware and software are developed by Prowise itself and must be tested intensively by a team of professional hackers. To keep unwanted apps and content out of school doors, Prowise has developed its own Appstore. It only lists suitable apps for the classroom, which have been pre-checked by a test team.
The development of the new screen should mainly look at how a teacher could use the product to teach digitally in the best, most fun, safest and easiest way.
