The scientific writing of the daughter of the Proclaimer of Indonesian Independence, Bung Karno, entitled “The Establishment of Pancasila as the Grounding Principles of Indonesia” or in Indonesian “The History of the Establishment of Pancasila as the Basic Principles of Indonesia” was published in the Defense Journal of the Defense University (IDU) RI.

Prof. Hafid admitted to deepening Bung Karno’s thoughts on extracting Pancasila. As a person, Prof. Hafid through UNJ revived the City of Intellect movement that was initiated by Bung Karno.

The man who was born in Bone, South Sulawesi, admitted that he was very happy to read the great and very basic thoughts of the scientific reflections that Megawati revealed about Pancasila in the scientific writings.

According to him, the universal values ​​of Pancasila described by Megawati in this international journal can become further scientific studies in the academic world. “Not only in the world of domestic higher education but also for the international community. It is extraordinary,” said Hafid Abbas in a press statement, Thursday (10/6).

Furthermore, the former director general of human rights (Directorate General of Human Rights) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights stated that his party saw a bright light through Megawati’s writing that the universal values ​​of Pancasila would take root in all walks of life of Indonesian people.

“Not only that, we sincerely hope that what Megawati has conveyed will also inspire the international community to maintain harmony in life and peace everywhere on the planet,” said the former commissioner of the National Human Rights Commission.
