Top performance

The novelty is powered by a 4 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, which is the most powerful thing that can be found in the Android world. It is also used by current top flagships of competing manufacturers. The manufacturer also thought about cooling, which should be solved by LiquidCool 3.0 technology.

The processor is complemented by 8 or 12 GB of RAM of the latest type LPDDR5 and there is also fast UFS 3.1 storage. It has a capacity of either 128 GB or 256 GB, depending on the variant.

120 Hz AMOLED display

At the front of the news is a 6.67-inch AMOLED display. It offers a 120 Hz refresh rate and in combination with 480 Hz touch sampling should ensure a feeling of maximum smoothness. The manufacturer did not forget to praise that this display reached and equaled 15 records from Display Mate, while receiving an A + rating.

The POCO F4 GT offers extremely fast charging

Inside the smartphone there is a battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh, which should ensure trouble-free life. However, charging is more interesting, as the POCO F4 GT offers up to 120-watt charging power.

Thanks to this, its battery can be charged from 0 to 100% in just 17 minutes. The speed of charging during the game is also interesting, it can allegedly reach 100% in just 27 minutes. There is also the AdaptiveCharge function, which is actually optimized charging during the night, as we know from other smartphones.

The fact that this smartphone is primarily targeted at players is enhanced by other interesting functionalities. For example, unique levitating magnetic pop-ups. The player also has CyberEngine, which is one of the best linear motors available in a smartphone with multiple vibration options.

“We are excited to introduce the POCO F4 GT today. With an uncompromising user experience at a surprisingly affordable price, we believe that the POCO F4 GT will be a daily necessity for all young technology enthusiasts, especially gamers. ”

Competition POCO F4 GT

In the price category up to 700 euros, the competition is relatively strong. Samsung has its iron in the fire here, presented by the Galaxy S21 FE. It offers a weaker battery and slower charging, but a better camera and longer software support. An interesting choice is the Asus ZenFone 8, which is sure to appeal to those looking for a compact flagship. It offers a very good camera, a nice display, slower charging and older hardware.
