- Almost crispy dough for sweet pies
- 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries)
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- ¼ cups full of sweet sour cream
- Peel a lemon
Turn on the oven to heat to 175C, roll out the crispy dough and line the pie tin with it. Fill the unbaked rind with berries that you have previously washed and chopped. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, sour cream and lemon zest, pour over the fruit.
Bake in the oven until the cream is squeezed for 50-60 minutes. Allow the pie to cool completely before serving and enjoy.
