1. Leonardslee Garden – € 6,000,000

Leonardslee Garden in West Sussex is a beautiful property, as much as 225 acres, full of beautiful flower gardens, lakes, waterfalls, unique trees and rare (and certainly expensive) plant species. The gardens are filled with rhododendrons, camellias, magnolias and azaleas. In addition to several caretakers, the garden is cared for by more than 40 dwarf kangaroos that feed on weeds. The garden, owned by the Loder family, has been open to the public for 101 years, but that changed when it was sold to an anonymous buyer in 2010 for six million euros. Public access to the beautiful garden was then abolished. In 2017, the garden got a new owner again, who arranged it and reopened it to the public. So if you are planning a trip to England, you can visit the second most expensive garden in the world there.
