EXERCISE 1 – THE GOOSE SHEPHERD

EXERCISE 2 – ANT HOLE

But it’s equally possible to say: “I’ll find out what burnout is.” I separate feelings and knowledge. I remember my strength. I’m going to become a professional firefighter for my own life, I’m needed.”
EXERCISE 3 – SAVIOR
If you’ve thought that you can handle fear and shame and hurt no matter how much, stop doing it. Start saving on emotional costs.
Big negative emotions are a significant expense. Attract yourself to bartering: when I don’t get depressed worrying about this very thing, I save a lot of energy for something more cheerful.
EXERCISE 4 – DIVERSITY HELPER
Even the traditional definition of beach fitness can prevent the beach fitness of the mind. There isn’t a body that you can’t find something to be shy about. Who is it suddenly for people to see, almost naked.
Think then: This diverse beach is clearly missing a person like me. It won’t work. The swimming beach must be very diverse. This is not a proper beach without me.
