PETNJICA AND UNICEF RESEARCH STATION: New models of education – changes in the 21st century

The director of UNICEF in Serbia, Dejana Kostadinova, said at the opening of the conference that this United Nations organization, by supporting education, mapped the locations of all schools, in order to find the best way to connect to the Internet and enable learning and development of digital machines for every child. where it was located.

– In cooperation with the non-governmental organization “Digital Serbia”, Master 4.0 programs were created in order to connect modern IT knowledge with business skills needed for the development of products and services – said the Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Branko Ruzic. – The strength of the Master 4.0 program is primarily in the foundations and applicable knowledge through more than 130 subjects and more than 300 lecturers from the best faculties.

The director of the Petnica Research Station, Vigor Majić, said that a team of people dealing with the development of video games, pedagogues, psychologists, didactics, experienced teachers should be formed, who will deal with the problems of quality distance learning for a long time.

– We need to create one large archive, with different contents and activities that teachers, but also students, can access at any time – says Majić. – Distance learning does not serve as an option only when there is an epidemic, but it should also exist when the child is prevented from coming to school, or when it cannot function.


– The project “Overcoming the digital gap” was launched with the Ministry of Education, which is financed by the European Union – says Tanja Ranković from UNICEF. – The goal is to complete the establishment of an online learning system run by the Ministry of Education and create digital resource banks for teachers and students, which should be accessible to all children. We are trying to create a new virtual way of supporting students in schools and to overcome the barriers that the physical environment imposes on us, that is, to start using digitalization as an advantage.
