Ksenia Kharkevich, director of the office real estate department at IML, said about 32-33 thousand rubles for a workplace. Thus, annually the new office will cost the state-owned company 243-297 million rubles, learned “Vedomosti”.

Dom.rf decided to rent offices amid an increase in the team and the need to increase the premises, said Olesya Malakhova, deputy director of the office real estate department at Nikoliers. Other market participants believe that the company moved to a ready-made office due to such a deal.

At the beginning of the year, Ozon planned to sublease 50,000 sq. m. m. Calculations of the company to increase the staff after the IPO did not materialize. Marketplace had to look for subtenants, otherwise it would have to pay real estate operators more than 9 billion rubles in the form of a penalty.
