Orange TV stops on several devices

For the TV d’Orangethe date of 28 mars will mark the end of media game console service Xbox One from Microsoft, knowing that the Orange TV application on Xbox is no longer available in the Microsoft Store since 1^is December 2022.

Orange TV will also stop working on the first generation TV Stick (TV stick v1). This key connects to the HDMI port of the television (a second television without a TV decoder) and connects to the Wi-Fi network of the Livebox. It can be controlled from a smartphone using an application.

If necessary and to replace such old solutions, Orange pointer to the TV Key v2 which also works on the mobile network, or the Orange TV application on Samsung Smart TV, for example.

Orange specifies that Orange TV can of course be found by subscribers on its TV decoders, on a computer for live monitoring and replay, smartphone or tablet with the Orange TV mobile application. The latter offers a function cast compatible with Airplay or Google Cast.

Stop on Le Bloc d’Orange

It is also from March 28 that Orange TV will no longer work on The Orange Block. This video projector was introduced in 2014 by Orange. It has an audio speaker and connects via Wi-Fi to the Livebox, in addition to Bluetooth connectivity.

Designed by Orange, Le Bloc d’Orange is of the pico-projector type and the audio system was co-developed with Cabase. The device can display an image from 25 cm to 3 m diagonally. It can be controlled from a mobile application, it has an integrated battery and an HDMI port.
