These are the specifications of the OnePlus Nord N20 SE

Earlier this week, the high-end OnePlus 10T appeared and now the company comes with a smartphone at the other end of the spectrum: the OnePlus Nord N20 SE. It is a budget model that can suddenly be found in the official store of OnePlus on AliExpress.

The N20 SE is an (even) cheaper version of the OnePlus Nord N20 5G and has modest specifications. The device runs on a MediaTek Helio G35 chip, which is also in the comparable Oppo A54s. That is not a very fast processor, although it is suitable for daily tasks such as app, surfing and liking. OnePlus adds 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. You do not have access to the 5G network.

The screen is 6.56 inches with a relatively low resolution of 1600 by 720 pixels. It is an LCD display, which looks less beautiful than an OLED panel. With 5000 mAh, the battery is nice and big and will probably last a very long time. Charging is done at a speed of 33 Watts. That’s pretty fast in this price range.

On the back is a 50 megapixel camera and a rather unnecessary depth sensor. It should provide beautiful portraits, but that works fine without it too. The selfie camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels and is housed in a teardrop-shaped notch. The device runs on Android 12.

Dutch release still uncertain

The OnePlus Nord N20 SE can be ordered from next Monday, August 8, in the colors black and blue. Prices are around $200. Whether OnePlus will officially sell this smartphone in the Netherlands is still uncertain. However, there seems to be a chance, since the version on AliExpress can be used in Europe.

Of course we will keep an eye on a possible Dutch release at Android Planet for you! If you don’t want to miss any news about OnePlus, sign up for our free newsletter or download the Android Planet-app!
