Model Nivar Madar, former beauty queen Tehila Levy, international model Or Shapira, actress Neta Gerti, Ronit Yudkevitz actress and Ushia, actor and musician Avi Greinik, confectioner Or Spitz and many others will march alongside children and adults with autism, at an extraordinary fashion show to be held at Spring on the occasion of the national fundraising campaign for children and adults on the spectrum. The show will be moderated by Lehi Lapid.
The show – Spectrum Street Fashion Show – initiated by the Alut Association and the Association for Children at Risk – The Center for Research and Treatment of Autism, and in collaboration with the fashion brand Story, will be attended by people with autism and in a way tailored to them: Flickering and additional features of regular fashion shows.
Almost everyone who walks the show has a connection to autism and is active in the field, whether as a family or through an exciting and meaningful volunteer story. Next to each will walk a child or young man on the continuum, under the message of integrating people with autism into society.
According to Amos Shapira, chairman of Alut, who will march on display alongside his partner Heli, a special education teacher and his model niece Or Shapira: “It’s a real celebration of integration. Far beyond the clothes they will present, they actually present the uniqueness and beauty of each one.”
Noa Vivorka, VP of Marketing at the Story Network: “As part of the Story Network’s activities that promote conscious and value-changing consumers and promote the GIVE A DAMN agenda to preserve the planet we live on and to create a more decent and tolerant society, we appreciate the opportunity to partner in this important venture. “We are proud and happy to dress the participants in the spring collection items of the brands we represent, which promote these agendas themselves.”
