Official: Lamborghini Urus Performante with 666 horses

Lamborghini presented the renewed version of the Urus on the sidelines of Pebble Beach. The Urus Performante as it’s called weighs 47kg less than the pre-facelift Urus – 2,153kg down from 2,200 – and recently set a Pikes Peak record with a time of 10:32.064.

The hood and roof are also offered in carbon fiber, with the bumpers, splitter, side skirts, diffuser, wider fenders and spoiler all new, with the rear spoiler increasing downforce by 38%, while in total the car produces 8% more vertical generated downforce. Both the front bumper and the diffuser are made of carbon fiber.

The length of the Urus Performante has increased by 2.5cm thanks to redesigned bumpers, with new springs lowering the ground clearance by 2cm. Tracks have been increased by 1.6 cm and customers can choose between 22″ and 23″ rims.

Inside there are new decorations, new hexagonal seams, with the driver being able to choose between 4 operating modes (Strada, Corsa, Sport and Rally).

Mechanically, the 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine gets stronger and now produces 666 horses with 850 Nm of torque. It sports an Akrapovic exhaust as standard, with the car capable of 0-100km/h in 3.3 seconds (-0.3s over the pre-facelift model), with a top speed of 306km /time.

There are changes to the suspension and chassis, improvements to the differential, with the four-wheel steering system made more direct and quicker to respond. Improvements have also been made to the steering system.
