Expenses are eligible for: works, incentives for technical functions, technical expenses for external assignments, unforeseen events, advertising, other cost items foreseen in the economic frameworks of public works. Expenses are not eligible for: costs of expropriation or purchase of the area, supplies of furniture, services and / or works entrusted in violation of the Procurement Code and the PNRR, external professional assignments conferred before the signing of the agreement with the Ministry of Education, removals and cleaning .

The works relating to the type of intervention proposed must be awarded by 20 June 2023 e completed no later than 31 December 2025.
