Nova SBE will have training in leadership and crisis management in partnership with Cunha Vaz – Meios & Publicidade

Nova School of Business & Economics and Cunha Vaz & Associados (CV&A) established a partnership to create the Leadership and Crisis Management training program for executives.

Starting in October, the course is aimed at C-level leaders and aims to promote the ability to foresee and prepare for a future crisis situation, developing individual and common strategies to act before, during and after the crisis.

The program will have four modules with sessions guided by Nova SBE professors, business and communication leaders. Based on case studies, the four modules will focus on risks and crisis situations, methods and tools to deal with a crisis situation, leadership in crisis situations and how to reinvent an organization after a crisis.

According to António Cunha Vaz, CEO of CV&A, “the lessons drawn from recent political, economic and social history clearly show the importance that any business leader must give to the moments we call crisis. Even because they are also known to be new opportunities. It is, therefore, with a sense of fulfilling our duty and with pride that, in partnership with Nova SBE, we have created this executive training that will be an added value for all participants.”

“In the eyes of society, the responsibility of the leaders of large companies goes far beyond creating shareholder value. Social, political and environmental challenges are now part of the leadership equation, and that is why, together with CV&A, we believe that this program will make a difference for all participants.” comments Pedro Brito, associate dean for Executive Education and Business Transformation at Nova SBE.

Executive training will be taught face-to-face, at the Nova SBE campus, in Carcavelos, during after-hours hours.
