Noctua unveiled new LGA 1700 socket-specific versions of its NH-L9i and NH-L9i chromax.black low profile coolers.

The NH-L9i-17xx and NH-L9i-17xx chromax.black are ideal for building ultra-compact HTPCs and Small Form Factor (SFF) systems using 12th Generation Intel Core processors such as Core i9-12900K, Core i7-12700K o Core i5-12600K.

In addition, the new NA-FD1 optional kit of “spacers”, made of foam and adjustable from 5 to 45mm, allows to further improve the performance of the heatsinks by creating a tunnel that fills the space between the fan and any “perforated panels” “of the case, allowing them to draw in fresh air from outside.

At just 37mm high, the NH-L9i are ideal for extremely compact cases and, thanks to their small footprint, offer full compatibility with RAM modules and cards mounted in the PCIe slot closest to the socket, as well as easy access to connectors on Mini-ITX motherboards.

The custom SecuFirm2 mounting system for the new LGA 1700 socket makes installing the heatsink a breeze, and thanks to the NF-A9x14 92mm PWM-controlled fan, operation is truly silent.
