Portuguese Unlock Brands is the agency responsible for the branding project for Circuit Booking, a global platform for booking motor sports tracks based in Munich and Hamburg. With around 450 tracks in its database and after a decade operating in the connection between companies in the automobile sector and circuits for the practice of motor sports in several countries, Circuit Booking now intends to assume itself as “the largest and most complete lane booking app for driving experiences”, going from a B2B marketplace to a B2C booking platform, in a project that had the agency led by Miguel Viana as responsible for the development of the entire brand universe.
“The project developed by Unlock began with the analysis and strategic recommendations phase, which lasted about three months. In this period of deep immersion in the company’s business and in the market, after several interviews with some of the company’s key figures and in motor sport, the product and service mix were strategically defined, contributing to a clarification of the value proposition of each brand and the best brand architecture solution, thus aligning concrete business objectives and brand assets”, describes the agency, which then ensured the creative development of the concept, covering “the brand’s visual identity, graphic universe, UI design app, tone of communication, pictograms, presence on social networks, with the brand book summarizing the entire project”. Unlock was also responsible for the new identity of Circuit Business, the company’s B2B area.
“The sense of community among motorsport fans is something very special, and Circuit Booking is the ideal platform to celebrate and improve this connection. The brand makes this ambition visible and empathetic, with a visual approach of great impact, lots of eye-to-eye, and the verbal tone of a specialist we can always count on”, says Miguel Viana, creative director of Unlock Brands.
