New 5th Port with T4 that costs 1.8 million and T1 of 52 m2 for 365 thousand – Real Estate

There are T2 from 385 thousand euros, T3 from 510 thousand and T4 whose prices start at 795 thousand euros.

The 5th Porto, which has the signature of the architect Arnaldo Brito and will be marketed jointly by Predibisa with JLL, will also have swimming pools, a gym, a vegetable garden, a children’s playground, garden areas and even a paddle tennis court, for the exclusive use of future residents.

For João Magalhães, chairman of Predibisa, “this is an exclusive opportunity that will bring a new generation of families to this area of ​​the city and its strengths will certainly make this another success story in our portfolio”, he considered, in a statement sent to the newsrooms.
