One of the initiatives featured on the Voices For Good platform is The Shore, a sustainable surf school from The Hague, founded by Hans van den Broek. The goal of The Shore is to make people happy with surfing. Surfing is nature. “And, if you get something from nature, you also have to take responsibility for it,” says Hans. “We have a plastic-free terrace and only serve organic food. Through Voices For Good we hope to show others, in the hospitality industry and beyond, that being profitable with respect for nature is possible.”

MUD Jeans decided to launch the platform on April 22, on Earth Day, a day dedicated to paying attention to our nature, the environment, climate change and our consumption pattern.
